Service Description

A phymat is used during the Infrared Restorative Yoga classes to provide additional healing benefits. We have three phymats that use infrared heat therapy, negative ion therapy, hot stone therapy, and PEMF therapy. We have two infrared mats that are hot stone and infrared heat only and 1 mat that has red light therapy. It is first come, first serve on the day of class for which mat each participant receives. The phymat provides a wide range of benefits during Infrared Restorative Yoga classes. It enhances relaxation and stress relief, promotes detoxification, improves circulation, reduces muscle tension and inflammation, and enhances overall well-being. Restorative yoga poses are gentle and held anywhere between 5-10 minutes. Restorative yoga benefits include increased flexibility, improved posture, and reduced anxiety and depression. Light sound healing will be included in this series as well. It is advised that if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, you consult with your doctor before experiencing the infrared heated mats. Pricing Information: This specialty class rate is $40 for new students to Creations Wellness—this means it's your very first time attending any class with us. Returning students receive a discounted rate of $25. This includes parents of aerial students who are already part of our Creations Wellness community. We kindly ask that you honor this pricing system with integrity when registering. We do maintain a roster of past participants, so if there’s any discrepancy in registration, we will reach out to clarify before the class. Thank you for your honesty and support—it helps us continue offering these experiences with care and fairness for all. ABOUT THIS LOCATION: This location is on serene private property, nestled away from the hustle and bustle. We're happy to share our space with the community but we are only open for those who REGISTERED for classes and any other visitors are considered solicitors. This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have two kind Shiba Inu dogs & a kitten.
